I have never had a bad experience here. The entire staff is so kind and talented. Donnie usually does my nails, but he’s a busy guy who books up fast! (: as he should. I always leave with beautiful nails, so I never stress about booking with a specific person! Kylie did my nails today and she was so lovely to chat with and very detail orientated. Calm atmosphere, great color options, & very clean. Update: I most recently went to Brenda, and she did an amazing job! I got French with chrome, and she went the extra mile with her attention to detail. Love nailology

Dennis was so kind and so helpful. I have a severe HEMA allergy, and had pretty damaged nails. They were so accommodating to make sure anything used on me was HEMA free. Because of this allergy, this has been the first time in almost 2 years that I’ve been able to have my nails done. I’m so thankful and will 100% be coming back. Thank you to the whole team, and thanks Dennis!!!!🫶🏼

Oh what to say about this wonderful salon!! Everything is perfect. The staff is experienced, knowledgeable, hard working, kind, helpful, and the list goes on. I've been going here since they opened and it has always been a consistent experience that brings me so much joy! Donnie the owner is wonderful! I've seen many of the professionals that work there. I currently see Dennis who gives me a perfect acrylic gel fill. Service is of utmost quality and the atmosphere is fun, relaxing, and beautiful!! Decor is to the nines! Love it here! If you're not going here you are missing out! :)

I’ve been coming here for about a year and I’ll never go anywhere else! Every experience I’ve had at Nailology has left me feeling pampered and relaxed. Dennis is my go to guy, he’s always sweet, fast, and very detailed with my nails. Honestly everyone I’ve had as a nail tech here has been wonderful. Nailology hires the best people around from what I can tell! The shop is always clean and decorated beautifully in every season. Great location and easy to get to from downtown Franklin.
